Job summary

Lowell Five Bank in North Andover, MA is seeking a Universal Banker I to deliver exceptional customer service, handle everyday transactions, and help customers open checking and savings accounts. You will work on-site, balance cash, assist with digital banking enrollment, and support business and consumer clients while following bank policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will also participate in daily branch operations, mentor new hires, and contribute to a positive team

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of bank products and services with adherence to policies.
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and banking software; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and payments in lobby or drive-thru.
• Open checking, savings, and certificates of deposit accounts.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with ATM/cash vault tasks.
• Help customers enroll in digital banking and use banking services.
