Job summary

Truist Wealth in Alexandria, VA seeks a Universal Banker to provide timely and accurate client transactions, maintain records, and deliver superior service while identifying financial needs. You will support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to help clients access appropriate solutions.

You’ll educate clients on digital banking, participate in sales processes, and comply with internal controls and risk management policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs for referrals toBranch staff or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
