Aufgaben

• Create a quality service experience by ensuring timely resolution to customer needs and overall customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to bank service standards, including greeting customers and making them feel welcome to First Mid Bank & Trust.
• Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency within policy guidelines (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, cashier’s checks).
• Balance cash drawer daily and assist with branch operations.
• Open and modify accounts as requested by customers.
• Promote products and services to fit customer needs and refer to appropriate departments.
