Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Universal Banker to provide outstanding client experiences while performing routine and complex transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support outbound outreach to uncover needs or opportunities, aligning with IRM to deliver Truist solutions.

The role requires high school completion, 2+ years in teller/service, and strong communication with weekend/extended-hour availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs.
• Willingness to work weekends/extended hours with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience during transactions and identify client needs.
• Educate clients on digital banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand and leverage Integrated Relationship Management (IRM).
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for serving clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
