Job summary

Truist in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Regular full‑time Teller/Client Service Associate to deliver a distinctive client experience and process transactions. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound outreach, and assist with IRM activities across branches.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 2 years in teller or client service roles, strong communication, and ability to multi‑task. Some weekend hours and occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking and self‑service options.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and training.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
