Job summary

Truist is hiring for a Regular full-time teller/customer service role in the United States. The position focuses on delivering a distinctive client experience, handling complex transactions, and educating clients on digital banking tools.

You will support sales outreach and collaborate with branch teams to meet clients' needs. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years of teller or client service experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with a consistent service level, handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online & Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying needs or referring to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise for clients.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge for consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling branch demands.
