Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller/associate in the United States to deliver a distinctive client experience. You will handle transactions, guide customers on digital banking options, and support branch operations while building lasting relationships.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, readiness to learn, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours. You may participate in outreach and occasionally travel for temporary staffing needs while adhering to risk controls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours with travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and conduct transactions while uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound calls and identifying client opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate fully in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to advance product knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
