Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, conducting complex and standardized transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
• Support team sales process by outbound client outreach, checking for offers, and identifying needs to refer to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients' needs.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Advance product knowledge through meetings and training to better serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution with appropriate products and services.
