Job summary

Truist in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions and deliver superior service. You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to meet clients’ financial needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Will travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and may include weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach, assessing offers, and referring to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and internal controls for compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling workload per branch needs.
