Job summary

BankWest in the United States is seeking a personable Universal Banker to greet customers, assess their banking needs, and provide a single point of contact for transactions in the lobby, drive-thru, or over the phone. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, wire transfers, and other transactions with accuracy while identifying opportunities to refer additional BankWest services.

Prior experience in banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ABA Universal Banker Certification required or must be completed.
• Experience in customer service and banking operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine banking needs to provide a single point of contact for transactions.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, and other transactions accurately.
• Open new personal and business accounts and promote additional banking products.
• Maintain customer relations and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Adhere to bank policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
