Job summary

Minnwest Bank is seeking Universal Bankers to deliver exceptional customer service and support a range of banking functions. This role includes opening deposits, processing transactions, and identifying customer financial needs. Travel to local branches is required, with mileage paid and a $1.00/hour pay differential when at other branches.

Occasional training travel to Eagan, MN is anticipated. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, cash handling and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year consumer, business, and fiduciary account opening experience preferred.
• 2 years cash handling in a customer-facing role.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• 1 year experience in retail banking or financial services sales.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service and identify banking needs.
• Open new consumer and business deposit accounts and process paperwork.
• Process transactions and monitor for fraud signals.
• Promote cross-selling opportunities to meet sales goals.
• Assist customers with online banking and account inquiries.
• Perform teller functions and balance cash drawer.
