Job summary

You will educate clients on self-service banking and participate in outreach to identify opportunities, working within Truist policies and undergoing ongoing training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience across transactions and services.
• Educate clients on digital banking services (ATM, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch teams.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Leadership Routines within Retail Community Bank.
• Commit to ongoing product knowledge through training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and resolutions.
