Job summary

Truist Financial seeks a client-focused teller/relations associate in Gainesville, GA to provide timely, accurate transactions and a superior service experience. You will help clients explore digital banking options and support outbound outreach to uncover opportunities while coordinating with branch teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of teller/service experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent education.
Two years teller or client service experience.
Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and occasional extended hours.

Responsibilities

Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs for referrals.
Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and trainings.
Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and risk guidelines.
Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
