Job summary

Truist in Georgia seeks a customer service oriented Teller/Client Associate to provide timely handling of client transactions and maintain accurate records. The role involves educating clients on digital banking, supporting outbound customer outreach, and coordinating with branch teams to meet client needs.

You will participate in training, adhere to risk controls, and contribute to a superior client experience while managing multiple tasks and occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate client transactions with strong records and proper handling of all monies.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and cross-referral to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
