Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiles and courteous conversation while handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach, checking for offers, and identifying needs for referrals to branch teams or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise for clients' needs.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
