You will educate clients on digital banking options, support outbound sales outreach, and assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities while maintaining proper records.

Cross-training to support sales and service, with opportunities for training and growth within the Retail Community Bank team, is available.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months of client relationship or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and branch automation software.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing or locale changes and weekends/extended hours.

• Provide distinctive client experience and conduct both complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital banking options to improve service experience.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training.
• Advance product knowledge to better serve consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies, and risk management guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution, handling workload per branch needs.
