Job summary

Presidential Bank is seeking a Universal Banker who delivers efficient transaction processing, excellent customer service, and supports branch sales goals. The role blends teller operations with customer service, handling routine inquiries, identifying customer needs, and referring products and services.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of banking experience, strong cash handling discipline, and can work with core banking systems.

Qualifications

Strong customer service orientation and sales mindset.
Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Experience handling cash or financial transactions preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Familiarity with core banking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process transactions accurately using cash drawer and core banking systems.
Balance cash daily and follow cash handling procedures.
Verify customer identification and documentation; obtain supervisor approval for special conditions.
Promote bank products and services and make referrals.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
Open and close the branch as needed; may work after hours.
Support branch team and cover other locations when needed.
Prepare BSA documentation and adhere to KYC/OFAC standards.
