Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a Universal Banker I to deliver exceptional client service and support branch operations. The role combines teller and personal banking duties, handling deposits, withdrawals, and basic loan applications while upholding regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver accurate teller and personal banking transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
Open and maintain deposit accounts and process account setup documentation.
Balance teller drawers daily and manage cash handling.
Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and cross-sell products.
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
