Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of customer contact/service experience or 2+ years in banking, preferably branch.
• Ability to complete in-house training within a reasonable timeframe.
• Sales-oriented, relationship-building demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish or another language a plus.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage lobby flow; connect with customers and assess their needs.
• Process branch transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products/services and communicate benefits and fees clearly.
• Refer customers to appropriate bank staff or departments for specialized needs.
• Support daily branch operations and meet branch/individual goals.
• Travel within branch region up to 15%.
