Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately using the cash drawer.
• Balance cash drawer daily and follow cash handling procedures.
• Verify customer identification and documentation; obtain supervisor approval for exceptions.
• Prepare BSA documentation; adhere to KYC/OFAC requirements.
• Promote branch products and refer customers to meet sales goals.
• Open/close branch as needed and provide coverage for other branches.
