Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of teller experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions and platform duties.
• Open/close consumer deposit accounts and troubleshoot debit card and Online Banking issues.
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs and offer financial solutions.
• Know when and how to escalate issues to the appropriate partners.
• Possess strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Work efficiently and independently with little supervision.
• Accurately complete all assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance at all times.
• Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics.
