Job summary

The Universal Banker at M C Bank provides exceptional customer service while performing both Teller and Platform duties and will be expected to enthusiastically market the Bank’s products and services to new and existing clients.

Expectations include delivering service across Teller and Platform activities, handling transactions, opening/closing consumer deposits, troubleshooting debit card and Online Banking issues, and meeting individual performance targets in a fast-paced, organized work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year Teller experience preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service as they relate to both Teller and Platform activities.
• Perform all Teller transactions, open/close consumer deposit accounts and troubleshoot debit card and On-Line Banking issues.
• Communicate with customers to determine their needs and offer financial solutions to meet those needs.
• Know when and how to escape issues to the appropriate partners.
• Possess strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
• Work efficiently and independently with little supervision.
• Accurately complete all assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance at all times.
• Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics

Qualifications:

• At least one year of previous Teller experience is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED required.
