M C Bank And Trust in Youngsville, LA is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver outstanding customer service while performing both Teller and Platform duties. You will enthusiastically promote the bank’s products and services to our clients.

This role requires a minimum of one year Teller experience, proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel, and strong communication and multitasking skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a neat workspace, and meet personal performance

Qualifications

At least one year of teller experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform teller transactions and platform duties.
Open/close consumer deposit accounts and troubleshoot debit card and Online Banking issues.
Communicate with customers to determine their needs and offer financial solutions.
Know when and how to escalate issues to the appropriate partners.
Possess strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
Work efficiently and independently with little supervision.
Accurately complete all assignments in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Keep a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance at all times.
Responsible for meeting individual performance metrics.
