Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Unity Developer to join our Games team, building Unity‑based games for Topgolf bays using ball‑tracking data and real‑time scoring. You will work closely with designers, artists, QA, product owners, and platform engineers to deliver prototypes through national rollout.

You will write clean C# code, optimize performance for venue hardware, and participate in planning, estimation, and sprint ceremonies to ship reliable features that delight Guests.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience developing Unity games or interactive apps.
• Solid C# programming skills.
• Experience building gameplay systems, UI flows, and real‑time interactive features.
• Unity performance optimization, profiling, memory management, and build configuration.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Unity games for Topgolf venues.
• Implement gameplay systems, UI, animation, scoring, camera behavior, and VFX.
• Integrate Unity with internal services, APIs, tracking systems, and venue hardware.
• Collaborate with designers and product owners to prototype and ship.
• Write clean C# code and participate in code reviews.
• Help improve build, deployment, and development workflows; optimize venue performance.
