Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a Senior Unity Developer to lead Unity-based games and interactive experiences for Topgolf venues. You will own system design, performance optimization, and end-to-end delivery, collaborating with designers, artists, QA, and platform engineers.

You will mentor engineers, steer architectural decisions, and drive integration with venue hardware and internal services to deliver engaging, scalable experiences for Guests across venues.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional Unity experience with end-to-end ownership.
• Deep experience building gameplay systems and real-time features.
• Strong Unity performance optimization and memory management knowledge.
• Proven ability to set technical direction and drive architecture decisions.
• Experience leading engineers and conducting code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and optimize Unity games and interactive experiences for Topgolf venues.
• Design gameplay systems, UI, animations, and game-state logic.
• Lead integration with Topgolf services, APIs, and venue hardware.
• Translate concepts into prototypes and production-ready experiences.
• Collaborate with designers, artists, and QA to set technical standards.
• Mentor engineers and improve build/deployment workflows.
