Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a Unity Account Executive to solicit qualified casino players through various communication methods. The successful candidate will maintain accurate player information, ensure top-tier guest service, and follow all necessary policies and procedures.

This role requires at least 2 years of telemarketing experience, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexible scheduling is required, including nights and weekends. Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or contact marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Solicitation of casino players through calls, texts, emails and other communications.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed with completed paperwork.
• Maintain outstanding 'data hygiene' for player information.
