Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is looking for a Unity Account Executive (UAE) to solicit casino players using various communication methods. Responsibilities include maintaining player data, demonstrating exceptional guest service, and following company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in telemarketing or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires working flexible schedules including nights and weekends, ensuring the highest level of guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.

Job Description

The Unity Account Executive (UAE) is responsible for solicitation of casino players from segments selected by PD leadership. The UAE will call, text, email or use other means of communication to directly invite qualified players to Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos. Players will be made aware of events, shows, available rooms and other qualified opportunities to visit HWHR. UAE will explain the benefits of using our Unity Rewards program and share the value of always using their card.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Aggressively and persistently solicit assigned accounts using all available tools.
• Maintain outstanding data hygiene and ensure contact information on all assigned players is correct and up to date.
• Demonstrate exceptional guest service to both internal and external customers with every interaction.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are followed with all required paperwork completed and filed accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or contact marketing experience preferred, or equivalent education and experience in the casino or hotel business.
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word preferred.
• Experience in gaming machines and/or table games preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Ability to resolve stressful situations.
• Ability to make sound complimentary decisions based on tracked customer play.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Work Environment

• Duties performed primarily in an office with phone and computer; occasional duties may include meeting or hosting players in the casino.
• Position requires consistent phone and computer work.
• Quotas of contacts made per day will be given and measured.
