Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun seeks a Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, and ensure seamless departures. You will advise guests on local attractions, coordinate with other departments, and assist with walk-in reservations while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education required, and minimum front desk/hotel experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must possess strong mathematical skills specific to position responsibilities.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide seamless registration, arrival, and departure experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of property and local attractions to advise guests and distribute reading material.
• Communicate with Customer Care for future reservations by telephone.
• Assist with walking guests’ reservations and respond to guest requests across departments.
• Offer bell assistance to guests upon departure and support Rooms Control as needed.
• Adhere to property protocols, including sanitizing high-touch surfaces before check-in.
