Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun is seeking a Unity Account Executive to solicit qualified casino players through various communication methods. The successful candidate will maintain accurate player information, ensure top-tier guest service, and follow all necessary policies and procedures.

This role requires at least 2 years of telemarketing experience, exceptional customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexible scheduling is required, including nights and weekends. Enjoy comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and a 401K.

The UAE will call, text, email or use other means of communication to directly invite qualified players to Hollywood Hard Rock Hotel & Casinos. Players will be made aware events, shows, available rooms and other qualified opportunities to visit HWHR.
