Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is looking for a Unity Account Executive (UAE) to solicit casino players using various communication methods. Responsibilities include maintaining player data, demonstrating exceptional guest service, and following company policies.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in telemarketing or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position requires working flexible schedules including nights and weekends, ensuring the highest level of guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of telemarketing or contact marketing experience preferred.
• Experience in casino and/or hotel environment preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to resolve stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Solicit assigned accounts using all available tools.
• Maintain accurate contact information on assigned players.
• Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
