prattexternalcareersite is seeking an entry level Bander Operator in Wichita, KS. The role runs 2nd shift (2pm-10pm) and starts at $20.60 per hour with shift differential. You will operate the unitizer, ensure correct banding and wrapping, scan barcodes, and help optimize throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Preferred prior corrugated industry experience.
• Forklift operation experience and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the unitizer and related equipment following setup procedures.
• Ensure proper banding, wrapping, tagging, and stacking.
• Record production data and reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Support maintenance with timely repairs requests and repairs.
