Pratt Industries in Kansas is seeking an Entry Level Bander Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm-10pm). You will operate the unitizer and related equipment, set up processes, and contribute to safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior corrugated industry experience preferred.
• 6 months in Press or Finishing Department preferred.
• Experience as a forklift operator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate the unitizer and associated equipment with proper setup and safety.
• Place bands, stretch wrap, and unit tags correctly; ensure proper stacking patterns.
• Scan barcodes on units moving through the line.
• Produce units neatly with correct band count; maintain equipment efficiency.
• Prepare and submit production reports and quality data on time.
