Qualificações

• High school graduation preferred.
• CPR Certified.
• Previous receptionist/scheduling experience preferred including computer registration and similar functions.
• Medical Assisting experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring courteous, prompt service.
• Answer phones, take messages, and verify patient information.
• Maintain patient records and assist with chart maintenance.
• Assist with admission and enrollment data and insurance communications.
• Support patient care activities under licensed nurse supervision.
• Uphold HIPAA requirements and safety procedures.
