DC Army National Guard is seeking a Unit Supply Specialist to ensure that the unit is well supplied and equipped for missions. You will oversee the shipping, storage, and supply of Guard equipment, while ensuring documents are organized and automated systems are maintained.

This role involves securing weapons, performing maintenance, and operating unit computers. Training is provided with tuition assistance and paid drill weekends, offering a pathway to civilian stock/warehouse roles.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible for military enlistment in the Army National Guard.
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
• Willing to undergo training and meet physical standards.
• Ability to keep accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive small arms. Secure and control weapons and ammunition in security areas.
• Schedule and perform preventive and organizational maintenance on weapons.
• Operate unit level computers.
