Job summary

The DC Army National Guard is seeking a Unit Supply Specialist to ensure your unit and fellow Soldiers are well supplied and equipped. You will oversee the shipping, storage, and supply of equipment, handling receiving, inspecting, invoicing, storing, and delivering supplies while maintaining records and automated systems.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
• Must be at least a junior in high school, or have a high school diploma or a GED
• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
• Able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards

Responsibilities

• Issue and receive small arms. Secure and control weapons and ammunition in security areas
• Schedule and perform preventive and organizational maintenance on weapons
• Operate unit level computers
