Among the key duties of the position are the following: Conducts academic and industry research on HR & Labor Relations, business, analytics, and workforce trends. Assist with surveys, data collection, and statistical analysis to evaluate program impact. Support faculty in compiling research findings, proposals, and reports for institutional and industry use. Engages in alumni and industry outreach Provides academic and course support as assigned by faculty leads.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Strong academic & professional background in HR & Labor Relations. Excellent communication, executive presence, leadership bandwidth, organizational, and research skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, alumni leaders, business associations and industry professionals.
Preferred Qualifications	Master's degree Human Resources Management & Labor Relations. Proficiency in Canvas, data analysis tools and social media research.
