You will create a welcoming, organized space, communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team, and keep records and are involved in daily operations with attention to detail.

This role emphasizes compassionate communication, accuracy in record-keeping, and teamwork to ensure smooth unit operations and high-quality patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required or must be obtained prior to start.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain patient records accurately and enter physician orders.
• Communicate between incoming calls and care team promptly and clearly.
• Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked for safety and comfort.
• Take initiative to support daily operations and promote teamwork.
