You will help keep the unit organized, promote safety, and assist daily operations with a collaborative, patient-centered approach in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, providing updates and support.
• Maintain accurate patient records, enter physician orders, and protect patient information.
• Coordinate communications between incoming calls and care team members to keep the unit connected.
• Keep the environment clean, organized, and well-stocked to promote safety and comfort.
• Identify and solve daily operational challenges, supporting teamwork and respect.
