Job summary

Blessing Health System in Quincy, IL is seeking a clerical support on the patient care unit. You will perform unit operations, handle communications, and support the mission and patient safety plans with a focus on accuracy and service.

The role is non-exempt, hourly, with a 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, weekend and holiday rotation, and a $2 per hour differential where applicable. Benefits include retirement with matching, PTO, wellness access, and educational assistance.

JOB SUMMARY

This position is provides support for the operations for the patient care unit through clerical duties and communication.

This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process / Patient Safety Plan at Blessing Hospital.
