Responsibilities

• Bed management: tracks, prioritizes, and assigns beds; coordinates admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain patient charts and organize records for transfers and discharges.
• Relay messages and information; answer telephones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Greeting visitors and acting as a unit-based resource for staff and patients.
• Assist with unit staffing coordination and supply management as needed.
