Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Station Training Supervisor in the Ground Handling Department to lead on-the-job training for new hires and provide continuous learning for the team at our Philadelphia station.

The role emphasizes hands-on instruction with equipment, de-icing procedures, and post-training follow-up to ensure compliance. Ideal candidates have two years of airline experience across ticketing, gate, and ramp, along with strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Two years of airline experience, preferably encompassing all functions (ticketing, gate, ramp)
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to defuse conflicts among team members

Responsibilities

• Assign a variety of tasks and assignments to new hire employees, including airport familiarization
• Demonstrate proper use of all equipment and vehicles
• Provide hands‑on training for de‑icing
• Follow up after all training events to ensure compliance
• Assist with delivery and storage of station supplies
• Provide support when special events are scheduled
