Job summary

Rydal Park, a premier Life Plan Community located in Jenkintown, PA, is hiring full-time and part-time Registered Nurses (RNs). Join our compassionate healthcare team to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives.

Shifts include 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Full-Time), 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (Part-Time), and 11:00 PM–7:30 AM (Part-Time) with weekend options; pay is $37.00–$44.00 per hour based on experience, plus generous shift and weekend differentials.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled, post-acute or sub-acute settings preferred.
• New grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate care plans and supervise resident care.
• Coordinate assignments with care partners and maintain accountability for resident care.

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Full-Time | 8 shifts per pay period
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM| Part-Time | 6 shifts per pay period

Pay: $37.00 - $44.00 per hour, based on experience

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents’ daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
