Rydal Park in Jenkintown, PA, part of the HumanGood network, is seeking an RN to join the Health Center nursing team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and supervise resident care in a compassionate senior living environment.

We offer part-time night shifts (11p-7a and 3p-11p with rotation) and a generous benefits package with competitive pay per hour, plus shift differentials. New grads are welcome to apply and grow with our dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred

Compensation:

$37.00 - $44.00/hr (DOE) +Generous and stackable shift differentials

Shifts Available:

Part-Time 11p-7a

Part-Time 3p-11p (6 days per period)

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents’ daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
