The role offers $37.00 - $44.00/hr (DOE) with generous shift differentials and full-time or part-time schedules (7:00AM - 3:30PM). Current RN license and CPR certification are required; new grads welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state applying for.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors to participate in daily life.
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiating plan of care as needed and supervising resident care accordingly.
• Developing assignments in coordination with care partners and keeping the team accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Compensation: $37.00 - $44.00/hr (DOE) +Generous and stackable shift differentials
Schedules available: Full-time or Part -time 7:00AM - 3:30PM

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents’ daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license in the state for which applying
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
