Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license with 1–2 years of supervisory experience in long-term care, strong clinical assessment, and effective leadership to coach teams and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional resident care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage nursing staff on assigned unit (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range:
• RN Unit Manager: $80,000-$89,000 per year
• LPN Unit Manager: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (based on experience, credentials, and location)
