Ayer Valley Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead our skilled nursing team in Massachusetts. You will supervise RN, LPN, and CNA staff, complete assessments, and ensure quality care.

The role requires an active MA RN or LPN license, strong leadership and communication skills, and a compassionate, dependable, team-oriented approach. Salary ranges from $91k to $106k depending on experience (DOE).
