Job summary

Emerald Nursing and Rehab Columbus is seeking a Unit Manager RN or LPN to lead our nursing staff in Columbus, Nebraska. The role focuses on delivering high-quality resident care, coordinating with departments, and maintaining accurate records while meeting regulatory standards.

As a salaried, full-time position, you will supervise clinical staff, develop care plans, and collaborate with the DON to ensure excellent patient outcomes and family communication.

Qualifications

• Active CPR/BLS required.
• License in good standing in Nebraska or multi-state Compact.
• Experience leading nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the unit operates efficiently and coordinates with other departments.
• Lead nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care and family support.
• Maintain resident records per state and federal guidelines.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and adjusting patient care plans.
• Supervise and counsel nursing staff to uphold high care standards.
• Ensure unit compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
