The role reports to the DON, is a full-time salaried position, and requires Nebraska or multi-state RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS certification. You will supervise staff, coordinate care plans, and maintain compliance with state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Nebraska or compact state.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience leading nursing staff in a long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and unit operations to ensure efficient care.
• Lead admission evaluations, planning, and discharge documentation.
• Maintain resident records per state/federal guidelines.
• Collaborate with DON, NPs, and physicians on resident care plans.
• Conduct chart audits and ensure compliance with policies.
