Emerald Nursing and Rehab Columbus is seeking a Unit Manager RN or LPN to lead the nursing staff and ensure high-quality resident care. This full-time salaried position requires strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the DON, physicians, and NP teams.

The role involves coordinating care plans, maintaining accurate resident records, on-call rotations, and ensuring a safe, compassionate environment for our residents. Columbus NE location.

Qualifications

• Current Nebraska RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Active CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience caring for older adults in resident-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Lead nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Maintain resident records per state/federal guidelines.
• Develop and adjust patient care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with DON, NPs, and physicians to plan care.
• Ensure the unit meets regulatory standards.
