Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee unit nursing care and assist with treatment and medication administration.
• Assist with admissions, participate in family meetings and discharge planning.
• Notify and update insurance providers on admissions, discharges and changes for managed care residents.
• Attend weekly Medicare meetings and daily huddles to review patient status.
• Conduct daily audits of admission charts and coordinate with other departments.
